Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joey Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pepe Froggo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Diaz closes the distance and clinches.

Froggo turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Froggo looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Diaz with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Diaz tries to kick Froggo off in order to stand up. Froggo Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Froggo in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Diaz tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Froggo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Froggo in particular looking to stall.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Froggo connects with a nice short shot to Diaz's temple.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Froggo lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Diaz! More strikes land and this one is all over! Froggo jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
