Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Felix Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rex Ruger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Felix Jones is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Felix Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rex Ruger!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paul Aken and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruger shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

and Jones decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Ruger's guard.
Ruger is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Ruger manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jones manages to get himself to full guard.

Ruger throws an elbow that misses. Jones uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Ruger's guard. Nice move by Jones!

and Jones counters with a nice double leg into side control. Ruger won't be happy with that.
