With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Donald Markham!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Kambosos Jr. Those never looked like landing.
Markham throws a big counter head kick but Kambosos Jr avoids it with no problem.
Kambosos Jr scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Markham throws a head kick but Kambosos Jr moves out of range.
Nice body kick from Kambosos Jr.
Markham throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kambosos Jr sees it coming and avoids it easily.

and Markham counters with a single leg into guard. Kambosos Jr didn't expect that.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Markham tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kambosos Jr swivels and escapes.

Markham closes the distance and clinches up with Kambosos Jr, looking for a takedown. Markham pushes Kambosos Jr against the cage but Kambosos Jr circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
George Kambosos Jr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Donald Markham.
Kambosos Jr misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Markham is looking to clinch but Kambosos Jr is avoiding it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Markham moves forwards but Kambosos Jr connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Markham looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kambosos Jr is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Markham like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Markham from another fist facial!

George Kambosos Jr spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
