Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sylvester Ritter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ahti Kaleva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaleva ducks right into an uppercut from Ritter.
Ritter throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Ritter waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Kaleva.

It looks like Ahti Kaleva has been cut.
Ritter connects with the punch.
A left lands for Ritter.
Ritter throws a shot from downtown. Kaleva moves away and avoids it.
Ritter looks to land a right hand but Kaleva moved out of range.
Kaleva lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ritter circles away quickly and effectively.
Ritter is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kaleva.
Kaleva ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Ritter lands with a shot to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kaleva goes for a double leg but Ritter avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Ritter continues to drive forward.

Kaleva looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Ritter fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Ritter connects with a body shot that sends Kaleva's belly button to the back.
Ritter tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kaleva paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Kaleva counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Kaleva.

Ritter is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Ritter winds up and cracks Kaleva with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Ritter working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Ritter is looking to take a break and control but Kaleva is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kaleva tries to get to full guard but Ritter has control of the leg.
Kaleva is refusing to be controlled, as Ritter sits in half guard.
Ritter has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Ritter not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Kaleva manages to get to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ritter is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Ritter stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kaleva swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Ritter distracts Kaleva with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Kaleva wants to sweep here but Ritter controlling him for the moment.

Ritter is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kaleva defends it well.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Kaleva is looking for a sweep. Ritter is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ritter connects with a nice short shot to Kaleva's temple.

Ahti Kaleva's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ahti Kaleva's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Sylvester Ritter!
Our winner, Sylvester Ritter, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
