The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Souza lands a jab to the head.

Hogan moves into range and clinches up with Souza.
Nice body punch from Hogan.
Souza is trying to break the clinch but Hogan has him pressed against the cage.
Souza misses with a short punch on the inside.
Souza blocks an uppercut.
A short left from Souza.
Hogan swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Souza manages to break the clinch.
Hogan lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Hogan.

It looks like Marcos Souza has been cut.
A nice inside leg kick there by Souza. That's going to slow Hogan down.
Souza misses with a double jab
and Hogan scores with a counter punch that sends Souza to the canvas! Hogan smells blood - he's punishing Souza with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Souza has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
