Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Faber is defended easily by Jones.
Jones tries to clinch but Faber is having none of it.
Faber dives in for a single leg takedown but Jones sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Faber shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jones defends it nicely.
John Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Uriah Faber.
Faber avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Jones rushes Faber and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Faber jumps guard but Jones turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Jones lands an elbow that stopped Faber in his tracks for a moment.

It looks like Uriah Faber has been cut.
Jones gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Jones lands a body punch in the clinch.
Jones lands a nice elbow.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones cracks Faber with a nice body shot.
A right hook to the body lands for Jones.
Faber looks winded!
Jones creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Faber's defenses.

That has opened up Uriah Faber's cut even more.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Uriah Faber's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Uriah Faber's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
