PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Master Roshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Nate Diaz was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Master Roshi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nate Diaz!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Roshi paws at him with a jab and circles away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Diaz thuds a left hand into Roshi's body.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Diaz might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Roshi has got the better of the exchanges.

Well Roshi has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
