PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Sands (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Hellsfyre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sands kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Irish Soldier Song ... Free & Green. Bobby Sands has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hellsfyre shoots in and drives through. Sands sprawls well.

Hellsfyre closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sands did well to prevent Hellsfyre getting side control.

Sands is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hellsfyre defends well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sands has his foot on Hellsfyre's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hellsfyre works his way back into a safe position though.

Sands will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
