Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dio Genes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seamus Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter has chosen Veins- Huntr as his entrance music. Seamus Hunter will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Aleksandr Martynov and Dmitry Maklakov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hunter instigates a clinch.
Genes jumps guard but Hunter turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Hunter has a couple of punches blocked by Genes.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Hunter as Genes tries to tie him up.
Hunter swings wildly with an uppercut but Genes uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hunter tries to work over Genes's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Genes takes a shot to the head.

It looks like Dio Genes has been cut.
Genes tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
A head punch on the inside from Hunter fails to land.
Hunter gets through Genes's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hunter lands a shoulder strike.
Genes is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Hunter lands with a right to the head.
Hunter working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Hunter lands with a light punch inside.

Genes tries to pull guard but Hunter forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Genes looking to stall.
Genes is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Still in the clinch, Hunter scores with a nice short uppercut.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Hunter lands a body shot in the clinch.
Genes is breathing heavily.
Genes working aggressively here.
Hunter throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Hunter lands with a right to the head.
A right hook to the body lands for Hunter.
Hunter lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Hunter lands an uppercut.
Hunter lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Nice body punch from Hunter.

Hunter lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Genes backwards.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Genes is rocked!
Hunter dips a shoulder and cracks Genes with a mighty uppercut! Genes falls back against the cage and Hunter unloads with a barrage of strikes! Genes is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Hunter screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
