PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Randle Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ace Spaceman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Randle Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ace Spaceman!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spaceman tries for a takedown but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Jackson closes the distance and pushes Spaceman back into the cage.

Spaceman gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Jackson to score an easy takedown into full guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jackson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Spaceman really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jackson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Spaceman is looking for a triangle but Jackson pushes his legs off easily.

Jackson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Spaceman has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jackson has managed to get both his arms back between Spaceman's legs - danger averted.

Jackson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Spaceman with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Jackson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Spaceman's head.
