The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mccall stuffs the takedown.

Bosron throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mccall tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Bosron is in Mccall's guard.
Bosron being controlled here momentarily.
Mccall really is a fat lump.
Mccall's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Bosron throws a big right hand that misses.
Mccall is trying to control the position but Bosron postures up.
Bosron trying to control but Mccall is working from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bosron tries to free his leg and advance position but Mccall is retaining full guard.
Mccall tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Mccall is trying to keep Bosron in close.
Bosron slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Bosron postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Mccall takes the fight into the clinch.
Bosron working hard to break the clinch.
Mccall is trying to push Bosron away but Bosron has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Mccall is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Bosron can't fight it off and eventually Mccall manages to take the fight to the floor. Bosron looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mccall would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bosron is on top in guard.

Bosron trying to control the position from guard on top but Mccall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Mccall avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Bosron working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Bosron stays in close to Mccall's body and controls the position.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mccall is on top in guard.

Mccall throws a big right hand that misses.

Bosron utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Mccall wants to control from the top but Bosron keeps moving.

Mccall stands up and waves to Bosron to follow him.
Bosron looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Mccall tries to sprawl but Bosron drives through with a takedown into half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bosron connects with a nice short shot to Mccall's temple.

Bosron seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

It looks like Carrol Mccall has been cut.
Bosron lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Mccall quite badly. Mccall pulls Bosron in close trying to recover. Bosron postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Mccall on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Mccall doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
