Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacLeod shoots in but no luck this time.
MacLeod looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
MacLeod walks into a stiff left hand from De.
De throws out a loose jab but MacLeod uses good head movement to avoid it.
MacLeod lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
MacLeod stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from De.
Nice sprawl there from De as MacLeod shoots in.
MacLeod backing away here, and De unleashes a leg kick that just misses.

MacLeod scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
MacLeod is pressing down on De's thigh, looking to free his foot. De is holding on for now.

MacLeod is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. De doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time MacLeod.

MacLeod is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so De is just riding it out for now. MacLeod eventually gives up the hold.

De is trying to maintain the position but MacLeod is very close to passing his half guard.

MacLeod is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

MacLeod is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
MacLeod manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. De manages to get himself to full guard.

MacLeod is pushing down on De's leg trying to pass to half guard. De is fighting to maintain full guard but MacLeod has managed to sneak the leg through.

MacLeod is working for a submission of some sort.
MacLeod wants to pass the guard but De is defending well.

MacLeod is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
De keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
