The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Chad Campbell and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dennis has his takedown stuffed
and Duff counters with a series of strikes. Dennis will be more careful next time no doubt.
Dennis looks for a takedown but Duff sprawls well.
Dennis fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Duff is looking for a counter combo.
Tony Duff has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kareem Dennis .
Duff is looking to slow Dennis down with leg kicks.
Dennis has his takedown stuffed
and Duff counters with a good low kick that Dennis was not able to check.
Duff shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Dennis eats them both and turns towards Duff to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Dennis dives in and grabs Duff's left leg, looking for a takedown. Duff pushes down on Dennis 's head and hops out.
Dennis doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Duff counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Dennis is rocked!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dennis is defended easily by Duff.
Dennis is still on wobbly legs! Can Duff finish him?
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dennis shoots and misses
and Duff counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Dennis seems to have recovered his senses.
Duff with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Dennis looks winded!

and Duff counters with a massive head kick! KABOOM! Dennis is out cold! A devastating KO!
