PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Douglas Quaid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soa Palelei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quaid comes to the cage accompanied by Total Recall. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palelei lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Quaid shoots in for a double leg but Palelei sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Quaid scores with a sloppy right hand. Palelei should have avoided that one.

and Palelei counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Palelei connects with a body shot that sends Quaid's belly button to the back.

Quaid swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Soa Palelei!
A very excited looking Soa Palelei made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
In defeat, Douglas Quaid stepped up to the mic, saying 'That one was from Santa!'.
