The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zahav is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

It looks like Paulo Lazaro has been cut.

Lazaro shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Zahav sprawls well. Zahav wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lazaro gets slowly back to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lazaro is nestled in close to Zahav, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Zahav can do anything to dispel that myth.

Lazaro lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Zahav quite badly. Zahav pulls Lazaro in close trying to recover. Lazaro postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Zahav on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Zahav doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Paulo Lazaro really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that MayheM sportswear logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
