Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zach Attack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Roper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brian Roper is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zach Attack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brian Roper!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, John Kavanagh and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roper fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Attack manages to avoid it.
Good standup being displayed there by Attack as he connects with a hook.
Attack connects with a good right hand that stumbles Roper. Roper circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Roper misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Attack.
Attack keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Roper looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Roper ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Attack moves away.
Attack keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Roper.
Attack walks into a left hand.

Attack throws the left hand but Roper avoids the punch easily.
Attack works the jab nicely.

Attack scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Attack throws a big counter combination but Roper scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Attack changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Roper closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Attack breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Roper jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Roper uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Attack.
No joy there for Attack, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Roper dodges the punch combination from Attack.
Attack works Roper's body with a nice hook.
Roper takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Attack catches Roper with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Attack counters with a straight right hand.
Attack is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Brian Roper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Attack avoids the body shot from Roper.
Attack throws a combination. Roper tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Attack displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Roper throws out the jab.
Sloppy strikes from Attack. Those never looked like landing.
Roper loads up on a big right hand but Attack slips the punch.
Attack uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Roper.
Attack moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Roper throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Attack sees it coming and avoids it easily.
It looked like Attack was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Roper fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Attack looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Attack definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Attack lands a nice shot to the body.
Roper feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Attacks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Roper rushes Attack and presses him up against the cage.

Roper throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Attacks head.
Attack stalling in the clinch but Roper improves position.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Roper.
Attack misses with the head strike.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Roper creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Roper throws a punch but it's blocked by Attack.
Attack can't find room to land a body shot as Roper controls the action.

Roper lands with a left to the head.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Roper.

Attack is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Oh Attack is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

A close round but Brian Roper will probably get the nod.

Roper looks to score with a jab to the body but Attack is just out of range.
Roper drops Attack with a huge uppercut! Attack drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Roper is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
