Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Andre Hendrix and Manny Puno. Hendrix's entrance music is Rage Against the Machine - Renegades of Funk. A fine choice. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

In the red corner, competing out of London, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Andre Hendrix! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 2 losses; Manny Puno!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.


The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

Hendrix shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Hendrix was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

We've been hearing good reports from Hendrix's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Hendrix stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Puno swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Puno is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Puno bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hendrix's guard.

Hendrix has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Puno can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Hendrix looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Puno is defending well. Hendrix quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Puno has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Hendrix celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
