Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ken Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hysse Berg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ken Masters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hysse Berg!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masters walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Berg checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Masters shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Berg wants to get back to full guard.
Masters looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Berg might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Masters haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Masters stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Berg swivels though and keeps the full guard.

We've been hearing good reports from Masters's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Masters stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Berg swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Berg is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Masters defends well.

Well Masters has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
