Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chew Kok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavier Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chew Kok!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Xavier Frost!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Steve Montenegro and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good shot there by Kok.
Kok tries to land a body kick
and Frost counters with a good low kick that Kok was not able to check.
Kok throws a combination that misses
and Frost counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Frost moves out of range of the body kick.
Frost lunges at Kok with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kok's hand.
Frost moves away from the strike by Kok.
Frost throws out a counter right but Kok avoids it with no problem.
Kok throws a sloppy head kick
and Frost counters with a straight right hand.
Kok swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kok takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Kok digs a good body shot into Frost's ribs.
Kok swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Frost connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kok throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Frost to counter with a crisp jab.
Frost lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Kok throws a hook to the side of Frost's head but Frost sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Frost is trying to counter with his kicks.
Frost has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Kok swings away with a body shot that misses
and Frost counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Frost, right into the meat.
Kok swings widly with a right hand
and Frost counters with a nice uppercut.
Kok misses with a body shot
enabling Frost to counter with a crisp jab.
Kok tried to score with a low kick but Frost checks it.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Frost lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kok has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kok and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Frost throws a one two combo.
Frost tries to clinch up.
Frost throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kok on the side of the head.
Kok works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Kok throws the left hand but Frost avoids the punch easily.
Kok takes a jab right on the kisser.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Frost is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kok jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Frost counters with a body kick.
Frost tries to clinch but Kok moves out of range.
As Frost backs away, Kok returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Kok throws a head kick but Frost moves out of range.
Kok slips a jab and a cross from Frost.
It looked like Kok wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
We've been told by Kok's head coaches at Cylon Training Academy that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Frost connects with a crisp jab.
Kok shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Frost eats them both and turns towards Kok to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.


It looks like Xavier Frost has been cut.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Kok. Frost shrugs it off though.
Kok misses with the combination.
No joy there for Kok, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Frost fails to land with a series of punches.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Frost.
Frost misses with a low kick.
Kok moves out of range of the leg kick from Frost.
As Frost looks to move away, Kok throws a big counter combo but Frost just gets out of the way.
Kok is looking to land body kicks.
Frost is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Frost lands a head kick. Kok smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Kok misses with a head kick.
Kok lands with an overhand left.
Frost connects with an inside leg kick.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Frost feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kok's calf.

Frost rushes Kok and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Kok is trying to push Frost away but Frost has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Kok scores with a nice hook to the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Frost creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Frost blocks an uppercut.
Frost tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Kok has had enough of the clinch but Frost keeps him there for the moment.
Frost misses with a punch to the body.
Frost has Kok pressed against the cage, preventing Kok from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Kok wants to break free but Frost has control.
Frost fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Frost lands a hook to the side of the head.
Frost lands on the inside with an uppercut.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kok tries to break free but Frost pushes him back against the cage.

Frost ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Frost no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Frost has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kok can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Kok's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Frost misses with a leg kick
and Kok connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Xavier Frost seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Frost blocks a head kick by Kok.
Frost only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Frost turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Kok throws a sloppy head kick
and Frost counters with an outside leg kick.
Kok tries a head kick but it misses.
Chew Kok seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Frost fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kok on the side of the head.
Frost scores with a punch to the head.

Frost darts in and clinches Kok up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kok wants to break free but Frost has control.
Frost tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Kok just stands there and leans against the cage.
Frost keeps control of Kok as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Kok prevents a body shot from Frost.

Kok breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Kok throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Kok misses the jab.
Frost getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Frost throws a low kick, looking for Kok's leg but Kok calmly moves out of range.
Frost tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kok swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kok swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Frost swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Kok tries to move into range but Frost moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Kok throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kok misses with a body punch
and Frost counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kok crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Frost - the referee stops the clock and Kok gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Frost. Kok manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Chew Kok is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Kok takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Frost has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Frost, right into the meat.

Frost feints and then cracks Kok's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kok down.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Frost fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kok has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Kok moves forwards but Frost connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Kok misses with a hook. Frost ducked under it nicely.
Donk. Kok catches Frost right on the button with a cross.

Kok throws a push kick but Frost slaps the foot to one side.
Kok throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Frost tries a head kick but it misses.

and Frost counters with a lovely straight right hand!

A nice combination there by Frost.
Frost throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Frost feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Kok sprawling to the canvas! Kok rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Frost finish him?!


Kok is rocked!
A bone on bone clash there as Frost blocks the leg kick.
Oh Kok is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Frost drops Kok with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kok looks back up at him and smiles so Frost waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Frost counters with a huge left! Kok is in big trouble! He's backing up but Frost isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Kok from any more damage. A dominating finish by Frost!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Xavier Frost!
A relieved looking Xavier Frost thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
