Nakamura's entrance music is The Rising Sun. A fine choice. Basket Case has chosen Crazy as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Basket Case just misses with a punch to the body.

Nakamura tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Basket Case was well out of range. Poor timing from Nakamura.
Basket Case drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Nakamura defends it well.
Nakamura throws a body shot but no joy.

Basket Case is looking to clinch but Nakamura is avoiding it.
Nakamura lands a glancing blow to the side of Basket Case 's head.
Nakamura fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Basket Case looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Basket Case keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nakamura bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Basket Case has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Basket Case takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Nakamura cracks Basket Case with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Basket Case looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Nakamura finish him?

Nakamura weaves into range and cracks Basket Case right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Basket Case goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Nakamura is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
