The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Renoir is looking to slow Diaz down with leg kicks.

Diaz shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

and Diaz counters with a nice double leg into side control. Renoir won't be happy with that.
Diaz wants to control but Renoir is keeping him busy.
You can see the frustration on Renoir's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
