Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Baby Ama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wilboogie Bur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A bone on bone clash there as Ama blocks the leg kick.
A jab lands there for Ama.
Ama instigates a clinch.
Ama is trying to break the clinch but Bur is controlling him.
Ama's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Ama's jab looks to have found its range, popping Bur under the eye.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Ama.
Ama rushes Bur and presses him up against the cage.
Bur keeps control of Ama as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Ama manages to break the clinch.
Bur tries to move into range but Ama moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Ama scores with a shot to the body.
Ama pushes Bur up against the cage in a clinch.
Ama breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nice takedown defense from Ama. No joy for Bur on that attempt.
Ama lands a jab-cross combination.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Bur counters with a single leg into guard. Ama didn't expect that.
Ama is wriggling around but Bur manages to pass to half guard.

Bur maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Ama could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Bur has cracked it and Ama is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Bur!
