The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grice chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Sobis throws an overhand right that lands on Grice's shoulder, as Grice tries to avoid the shot.
We've been told by Sobis's head coaches at Broken Halo's -Temple of Illumination that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Grice bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Good leg kick by Grice there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Sobis manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sobis tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Grice tries to work over Sobis's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Grice on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sobis swings for the body but Grice moves out of range.
Sobis has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Grice finds it's way round the side to connect with Sobis's head.
Grice has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Grice there as he acknowledges the shot.
Grice fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Grice paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Sobis cracks Grice with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Sobis has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Grice to stand back up!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Grice has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Grice.
Grice seems to have recovered his senses.
Sobis is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Grice lunges at Sobis with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Sobis's hand.

Grice lands with a kick to the temple. Sobis shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Sobis sends Grice crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Sobis is motioning to the referee to let Grice up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Grice swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

The fighters circling - Grice throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Grice throws out a counter right but Sobis avoids it with no problem.
Sobis is pawing at Grice, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Grice's nose. Grice is badly hurt! Sobis pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Grice tries desperately to hold on but Sobis is relentless in his assault! As Grice receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Sobis away and this one is in the books!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tito Sobis!
