The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paquette looks to land a right hand but Nahtic moved out of range.
Nahtic throws out a counter right but Paquette avoids it with no problem.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Nahtic has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Nahtic is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Paquette takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Paquette throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Nahtic on the side of the head.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Paquette lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Nahtic falls backwards - clearly groggy! Paquette dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
