Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Dumba Diame and Buster Kneecap. Kneecap is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by SKI MASK THE SLUMP GOD - GONE. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Buster Kneecap was going to win. Let's see if he was right.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Dumba Diame! And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 1 losses; Buster Kneecap!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Ian Loll and Gregory Folan.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kneecap is defended easily by Diame.
Diame will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Kneecap working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Dumba Diame spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant. |
