Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Squidward Squarepants (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy connects with a solid leg kick.
Squarepants throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Squarepants shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
And Hardy counters with a quick kick to the body but Squarepants blocks it.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Squarepants! But no joy.

Hardy has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Squarepants has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.

Hardy walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Squarepants drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Hardy swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Squarepants's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
