These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toddumai misses with a lunging right hand
and T Dogg counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Toddumai jabbing away but nothing is landing.
T Dogg throws a big counter combination but Toddumai scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
T Dogg walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

T Dogg working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Toddumai doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Toddumai manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Toddumai feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits T Doggs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Alessio Toddumai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
T Dogg closes this distance looking for a takedown but Toddumai circles away.

Toddumai catches T Dogg with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

T Dogg tries to get into range but Toddumai steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops T Dogg! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Toddumai scores the big KO victory!
