Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Conor dives in and grabs Hageman's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hageman pushes down on O Conor 's head and hops out.
O Conor shoots in for a takedown but Hageman shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from O Conor is defended easily by Hageman.
Diego Hageman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan O Conor .
O Conor shoots in but Hageman avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ryan O Conor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

O Conor closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hageman to the mat! Hageman manages to get full guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

O Conor drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hageman manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now O Conor has Hageman in his guard.

O Conor is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

O Conor working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hageman doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hageman manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
O Conor wants to sweep here but Hageman controlling him for the moment.

O Conor is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Hageman frees his head nicely. Oh but O Conor has switched to an armbar! Hageman is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

A very excited looking Ryan O Conor rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
