Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vai Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Bottoms (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyler comes to the cage accompanied by Ace of Spades. Bottoms has chosen House Of Pain - Jump Around as his entrance music. Vai Tyler has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bottoms with a poor takedown

It looks like Harry Bottoms has been cut.

and Tyler counters with a left hand that sends Bottoms to the canvas!
Tyler throws a strike but Bottoms rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Tyler on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Tyler tries to get out of the position.

Bottoms drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Tyler manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bottoms has Tyler in his guard.

Vai Tyler overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Bottoms has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tyler can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Bottoms drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bottoms jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
