The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diggler avoids a punch combination nicely.
Pekka Perkele seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Perkele ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Diggler doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Diggler takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Perkele lands a big uppercut and Diggler crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Diggler looks OK. Perkele waves Diggler back to his feet!

It looks like Dirk Diggler has been cut.

Perkele is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Diggler hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
