Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Daniel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Halifax (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Eliza Hachem and Ron Honeybunn.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniel wants to clinch up but Halifax keeps it at a distance.
Daniel lands with a slapping head kick.
Nice body punch from Halifax.

Daniel shoots in and gets a takedown into Halifax's guard.
Daniel is pushing down on Halifax's leg trying to pass to half guard. Halifax is fighting to maintain full guard but Daniel has managed to sneak the leg through.
Halifax won't allow Daniel to pass to mount.
Halifax tries to kick Daniel off but Daniel keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Halifax manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Daniel keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Daniel is trying to break the clinch but Halifax is controlling him.

Daniel breaks from the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Halifax counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Daniel thinking.

Daniel clinches up with Halifax and pushes him back against the cage.

Daniel keeps control of Halifax as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Daniel manages to pull guard.
Halifax wants to get up but he can't break Daniel's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Halifax decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Halifax lands a big right hand that sends Daniel crashing to the mat! Halifax stays standing though and waves Daniel back to his feet!

Daniel is rocked!

It looks like Tyler Daniel has been cut.
Halifax fakes the body blow, causing Daniel to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Daniel goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
