Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dante Olivier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ethan Grey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dante Olivier!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ethan Grey!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grey throws a one two combo.
It looks like Dante Olivier has been cut.
Olivier looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Olivier is looking to clinch.
Grey shoots in looking for a takedown but Olivier manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Grey's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Olivier shoots in and drives through. Grey sprawls well.
Olivier stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Olivier wants it to stay on the feet.
No joy there for Grey, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Olivier is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Grey defends well.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Grey controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Grey stands up and waves to Olivier to follow him.
Grey tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Olivier is able to avoid easily.

Grey changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Olivier tries to avoid it but Grey manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Olivier to the ground. Olivier escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Grey tries to score a power double leg takedown but Olivier sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Grey somewhat.
It appears Olivier was looking to counter with a kick there.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Grey drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Grey wants to control but Olivier is keeping him busy.
Olivier tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Grey remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Olivier is looking for a sweep.
A lull in the action here as Grey stalls from top position.
Grey decides to stand up, so the ref orders Olivier to his feet.
Grey gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Grey throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Olivier blocks it with crossed arms.
Grey has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Olivier uses from the top position.
Grey working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Olivier doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Olivier manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Grey looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Olivier puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Well Grey has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
