The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stafford gets caught flat footed, as Speedmen shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Speedmen must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Speedmen scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stafford has his foot on Speedmen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Speedmen works his way back into a safe position though.

Stafford has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Speedmen doesn't defend quickly enough and Stafford has managed to lock this one up! Can Speedmen escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Stafford on a fantastic submission victory.
