Fredrick has chosen Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz: Throw It Up as his entrance music. Ronald Fredrick is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, John Kavanagh and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fredrick darts in and clinches Adams up against the cage.
A short left from Fredrick.
Fredrick putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Adams in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Fredrick lands a nice elbow.
It looks like Mike Adams has been cut.
Fredrick lands with a left to the head.

Fredrick drops Adams with a big knee straight up the middle! Adams is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fredrick shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Fredrick was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Fredrick looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Adams tries to buck Fredrick off but Fredrick is having none of it.

Fredrick tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fredrick has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
