Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Darboh moves into the clinch.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Wood for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Wood seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Maddox Wood.
Darboh steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Wood.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Darboh crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Wood - the referee stops the clock and Darboh gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Wood. Darboh manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Darboh swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Wood looks to land a combination but Darboh avoids it well.

Darboh moves into range and clinches up with Wood.

It looks like Amara Darboh has been cut.

Wood will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Darboh up against the ropes.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Maddox Wood.
Darboh pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Darboh throws a head kick that misses.
Darboh's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Wood connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Darboh scrambles back to his feet.

Wood throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Darboh sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Wood throws a powerful right kick. Darboh tried to block low but the kick was high! Darboh was taken right off of his feet! Wood jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
