Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ka'Ra LeVass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ka'Ra LeVass!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LeVass fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Savage bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps LeVass's head backwards.
LeVass fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Savage manages to avoid it.
Savage misses with a body shot.
And LeVass tries to counter it with a takedown but Savage pushes his down on his head and steps out.
LeVass tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Savage was well out of range. Poor timing from LeVass.

LeVass sitting in guard, not really doing much.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
LeVass controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Savage controls LeVass momentarily but LeVass frees himself.

That's one minute gone in the round.
LeVass working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Savage's head.
Savage utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as LeVass accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

LeVass works his foot free and advances to mount.
LeVass landing strikes from the mount.
Savage is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Cozad Amsterdam, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
