Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Artimus Angar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chip Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryan has chosen Lose Yourself as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chip Ryan!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, John Mangel and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angar misses with a two punch combination.
Ryan dives in for a single leg takedown but Angar sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Angar looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That kick from Angar tenderised Ryan's leg. Ryan is trying to keep his angry face on.
Angar throws a head kick that misses.
Ryan is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Angar slips under a jab.
Angar scores with a kick to the body.
Angar with a nice cross.
Angar uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Ryan has time to react.
Ryan goes for a double leg but Angar avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Angar continues to drive forward.
Ryan shoots in but no luck this time.
Artimus Angar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chip Ryan.
Angar throws a series of strikes that have Ryan backpedaling.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Angar lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Angar swats away the attempt to clinch by Ryan.
Ryan takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Angar lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Ryan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Angar moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Horrible takedown attempt by Ryan or perhaps it was just good defense by Angar, which made it look bad.

Ryan goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Angar throws a series of punches but Ryan avoids them all with ease.
Angar ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Ryan's coach down at 99% Fight Club was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Ryan's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Ryan looks winded!
Ryan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Angar tries to avoid it but Ryan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Angar to the ground. Angar escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Angar is looking for a counter combo.
Ryan looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Oooooh!!! Angar has knocked Ryan down with a huge combo! Angar steps away and waves a wobbly Ryan back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Ryan is rocked!

Artimus Angar decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
