Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Spider Rico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Shit Break (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shit Break looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Rico moves into the clinch successfully.
Rico is trying to pull guard but Shit Break turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Rico tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Shit Break smiles and moves away.

Shit Break tries to keep at a distance but Rico has taken the fight into the clinch.

Rico jumps guard and drags Shit Break to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Rico escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Shit Break gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rico looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rico keeping moving, preventing Shit Break from controlling successfully.
Shit Break is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Rico is looking for a triangle but Shit Break pushes his legs off easily.

Rico escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Shit Break gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Shit Break pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rico is keeping the position for now.

Rico has his foot on Shit Break's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Shit Break works his way back into a safe position though.

Rico is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Shit Break defends well.
Shit Break wants to pass the guard but Rico is keeping the position.

Rico has his foot on Shit Break's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Shit Break works his way back into a safe position though.

Shit Break might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Rico haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Rico fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Shit Break, pushing him back against the cage.
Shit Break jumps guard but Rico stands there with Shit Break around his waist. Shit Break gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Shit Break is trying to break free.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Shit Break is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Shit Break is trying to force a seperation but Rico has the dominant position.
Rico jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Shit Break walks away with a smile on his face. Rico gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Spider Rico. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Rico gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Rico jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Shit Break walks away with a smile on his face. Rico gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Rico displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Shit Break throws out the jab.

Shit Break misses with a low kick.

Rico closes the distance and pushes Shit Break back into the cage.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Rico tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
A frustrated look appears on Shit Break's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Rico ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Rico no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Rico is looking for a triangle but Shit Break pushes his legs off easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Spider Rico dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Rico closes the distance and pushes Shit Break back into the cage.
Rico jumps guard but Shit Break stands there with Rico around his waist. Rico gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Rico is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Shit Break is aware though and is defending well.
