The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Johnson with that takedown attempt.
Nicolosi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Johnson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Nicolosi .
Nicolosi slaps away a takedown attempt from Johnson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anthony Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
