Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kari Krossi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Reem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alex Reem has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kari Krossi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alex Reem!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reem takes one on the chin but seems OK.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Krossi.
Krossi lands with a nice body kick.
Krossi throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Jab, jab by Krossi - just one landing.
Krossi turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Krossi circles away from the clinch attempt.
Reem swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Krossi makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Reem really felt that one!
Reem throws a looping overhand right but Krossi ducks down to avoid it.
Krossi stalks Reem and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Reem's face. Reem staggers backwards, shaken.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Krossi throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Reem looks winded!
Some bone on bone action there as Krossi checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
A slapping leg kick lands for Krossi.
Krossi uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Krossi pushes Reem away with a front kick.
Reem on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Krossi throws a head kick but Reem moves out of range.

Krossi lands a left and a right that send Reem crashing to the mat, dazed. Krossi thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Krossi fakes the leg kick and cracks Reem in the body.
Reem has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Krossi.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Krossi connects with a good right hand that stumbles Reem. Reem circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Reem is rocked!
Krossi closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Reem! Krossi dives in looking to finish! Reem is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kari Krossi!
Kari Krossi was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
