Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Buzzard Jigsawz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Skinner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Buzzard Jigsawz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
15 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Eric Skinner!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Paulo Santos and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skinner lands with a kick to the ribs.
A jab from Skinner does it's job there.
Skinner avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Skinner. Jigsawz shrugs it off though.
Skinner dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jigsawz. That did some damage!
Jigsawz wants to clinch up but Skinner keeps it at a distance.
A little jabbing left from Skinner on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Skinner.
Skinner circles away from the clinch attempt.
Skinner looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Skinner jabs Jigsawz right on the nose. Jigsawz blinks but takes it well.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Skinner, right into the meat.
Skinner scores with a push kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jigsawz tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Skinner counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Jigsawz tries to close the distance and clinch up but Skinner swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Skinner throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

and Skinner cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Jigsawz closes the distance but Skinner moves to the side
and Skinner counters with a head kick that drops Jigsawz!
Jigsawz is rocked!

Skinner is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Skinner is pushing down on Jigsawz's leg trying to pass to half guard. Jigsawz is fighting to maintain full guard but Skinner has managed to sneak the leg through.
Skinner stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Jigsawz tries to close the distance and clinch but Skinner swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Jigsawz walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Jigsawz closes the distance but Skinner moves to the side
and Skinner connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Jigsawz sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Skinner scores with a jab.
Jigsawz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Skinner let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Skinner throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jigsawz stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Skinner counters with a thumping low kick.
Skinner throws a nice inside leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Skinner avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Skinner connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Jigsawz to the floor! Skinner dives in looking for the finish!
Oh Jigsawz is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Skinner works his way into side control.
Jigsawz seems to have got his legs back now.
Skinner slows the pace down.

Skinner decides to stand up, so the ref orders Jigsawz to his feet.
Jigsawz tries to clinch
and Skinner counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

and Skinner counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jigsawz takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Skinner is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Jigsawz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Skinner paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Skinner moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Skinner lands a nice leg kick that just misses Jigsawz's sensitive parts.
Jigsawz moves to clinch but Skinner breaks away
letting Skinner counter with a right hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Skinner lets loose with a powerful body kick. Jigsawz will feel that in the morning.
Skinner throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jigsawz stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Skinner sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Jigsawz to the ground! Skinner dives into full mount looking to finish!
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Skinner working for a submission but Jigsawz is keeping him at bay.

Skinner gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Jigsawz takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Skinner lands a right hook to the body.
Jigsawz fails with an attempt to clinch.
Skinner follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Skinner lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Jigsawz wants to stay close but Skinner steps back to make room for something. Jigsawz seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Skinner and Jigsawz drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Eric Skinner!
In his post fight interview, Eric Skinner started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
