The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shui lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pratchett backwards.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Shui obliges.

Shui is fighting off a takedown attempt but Pratchett is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Shui to the mat. Shui regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Pratchett had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Shui defends it easily.
Shui wants to control from the top but Pratchett keeps moving.

Shui seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Pratchett does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Shui slips a nice elbow through Pratchett's hands, connecting with Pratchett's forehead.

Lin Shui dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Pratchett lands with a shot to the body.

Shui closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Lin Shui has got the better of the ground game so far.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Shui is looking to advance position but Pratchett won't allow it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Pratchett has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Shui finds it's way round the side to connect with Pratchett's head.

Pratchett throws out a loose jab but Shui uses good head movement to avoid it.
Shui uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Pratchett has time to react.
Pratchett dips to his left and cracks Shui with an uppercut!

Shui is rocked!

and Pratchett counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Shui is still on wobbly legs! Can Pratchett finish him?
Shui takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Pratchett connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Shui out cold! This one is over in a flash!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Luke Pratchett!
After the fight, Luke Pratchett was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
The defeated Lin Shui had this to say: 'No worries. Everyone knows my opponent here has a very bad habit of testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs, so I'm confident this fight will soon be ruled a 'No-Contest.''.
