The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zahav misses with a combination
and Andrews counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Baruch Zahav seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Andrews is looking to clinch but Zahav is avoiding it.

Zahav throws a jab when Andrews was well out of range.
Andrews tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Andrews shoots for a takedown but Zahav saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Andrews closes the distance and clinches.
Zahav prevents the takedown attempt.
Zahav is trying to push Andrews away but Andrews has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Andrews has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Zahav regains guard immediately.
Andrews stops Zahav from standing up.
Zahav wants to sweep here but Andrews controlling him for the moment.

Andrews drops back looking for a leg! Zahav is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Zahav manages to kick Andrews off! Andrews jumps back into Zahav's guard.
Zahav is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Holding Cell that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
