Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Bonzela Franco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramon Dekkers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Franco comes into the arena with Anti Heroi blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, John Kavanagh and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franco doesn't manage to clinch there - Dekkers circles away.
Dekkers keeps Franco at a distance using the push kick.
Dekkers scores a knockdown with a big right hand! Franco beats the count and gets back to his feet. The referee asks him to walk forwards and it appears he is OK so we'll continue the bout.
Franco tries to keep at a distance but Dekkers has taken the fight into the clinch.
Dekkers lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
I was talking to Franco's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Dekkers is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dekkers breaks the clinch momentarily and cracks Franco with a big right hook that drops him to the canvas! Franco looks like he might be in big trouble here! The referee has started the count straight away and we're up to 5 already. Franco get to one knee - can he make it back to his feet? No, he's flopped back to the mat - he's out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Ramon Dekkers !
In defeat, Bonzela Franco stepped up to the mic, saying 'I will fight again and i will win'.
