Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tuco Cortez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mallador Locke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Tuco Cortez has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Locke gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Cortez.
A head kick misses from Cortez.
Locke has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Cortez.
Cortez misses with a kick to the body.
Locke is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Cortez throws a leg kick that is checked

and Locke decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Cortez's guard.
Cortez on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cortez tries to get out of the position.
Locke advances position into side control!

Locke has an Americana. Cortez didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Locke is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Locke hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

After the fight, Mallador Locke was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
