The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown wants to clinch up but Farkenheil keeps it at a distance.
Brown doesn't manage to clinch there - Farkenheil circles away.
Sig Farkenheil seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Brown rushes Farkenheil and presses him up against the cage.
Brown fails to pull guard.
Farkenheil prevents the takedown attempt.
Farkenheil gets through Brown's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Farkenheil closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Farkenheil has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Farkenheil throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Brown crashing down! Brown tries to stagger back to his feet but Farkenheil just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Brown asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
