Gordon is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: United Booty Foundation. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gordon lands a nice leg kick that just misses Blade's sensitive parts.
Gordon throws a head kick that misses.
Blade is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Gordon.
Gordon slips under a jab from Blade.

Gordon clinches up with Blade and pushes him back against the cage.
Gordon lands an elbow that stopped Blade in his tracks for a moment.
Blade misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Gordon misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Blade lands with a left to the head.
A short uppercut from Blade.
Gordon scores with a nice hook to the head.
Gordon lands a body shot.
Blade tries to work over Gordon's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Gordon lands an elbow inside.
Blade misses with a body punch.
Nice elbow from Gordon.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A short uppercut from Gordon.
Blade swings wildly with an uppercut but Gordon uses good head movement to avoid it.

Gordon has clasped his hands together around Blade's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Blade on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Blade tries to get out of the position.

Gordon is working to tighten his grip on Blade's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Blade has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Gordon is really squeezing tight and eventually Blade passes out! Gordon breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Darby Gordon spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
