Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Krasnopolski clinches with his opponent.
Hays is looking to take this one to the mat.

Hays is fighting off a takedown attempt but Krasnopolski is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Hays to the mat. Hays regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Hays striking off his back but it's not causing Krasnopolski any problems.

Krasnopolski drops back looking for a leg! Hays is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hays manages to kick Krasnopolski off! Krasnopolski jumps back into Hays's guard.
Hays will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Hays working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Krasnopolski doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Krasnopolski manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hays is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

and Hays counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Krasnopolski lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hays circles away quickly and effectively.

Krasnopolski bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Krasnopolski missing with a left hand there. Hays was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
As Krasnopolski looks to move away, Hays throws a big counter combo but Krasnopolski just gets out of the way.
Hays really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
