The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Noble. No joy for Wilson on that attempt.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Noble displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Wilson.
Despite the aggression on Noble's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Wilson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Noble stuffs the takedown attempt from Wilson. Wilson gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Wilson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Noble dives in and scores a takedown into Wilson's guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Wilson holds on and takes a little breather.

Noble drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Noble jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Noble connects with a nice short shot to Wilson's temple.

Noble winds up and cracks Wilson with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Noble lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Wilson quite badly. Wilson pulls Noble in close trying to recover. Noble postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Wilson on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Wilson doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Russ Noble!
