Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bruce Crane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Diego Gaspar!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Saam Ante and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Crane gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Gaspar manages to pull guard.
Crane throwing strikes but missing.

Crane drops back, looking for a kneebar! Gaspar looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Gaspar looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Gaspar!

Crane tries to improve position but can't.

Gaspar is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Crane has escaped the position, nice work there.
Crane is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Gaspar off and has taken his back!
Gaspar trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
Gaspar is really stuck here.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gaspar manages to reverse the position and now he's in Crane's guard. Nice work there by Gaspar.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Crane escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gaspar gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Gaspar got a little sloppy there for a moment and Crane has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gaspar has managed to get both his arms back between Crane's legs - danger averted.

Gaspar is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Crane has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Gaspar is looking to defend but Crane has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Gaspar! Crane pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Gaspar taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Bruce Crane!
